The Glasgow Acting Academy is a part-time drama school that offers children, teenagers and adults alike, the opportunity to learn and develop the techniques involved drama, acting, musical theatre and the performing arts in a fun and safe environment.

The aim of the Glasgow Acting Academy is to introduce students to, and teach all aspects of their chosen discipline whether that be "Acting"; "Singing" or "Dance"; identify and nurture potential talent; as well as allow students the opportunity to develop their personal, social and communicative skills which are immediately applicable to their everyday lives.

The Glasgow Acting Academy run weekly classes where students attend for 3 hour sessions within their chosen discipline(s). Students commit to attending classes on a monthly basis, with no fixed term or contract enforced.

Glasgow Acting Academy students regularly perform classroom productions within our in-house studio theatre giving them the platform to showcase their abilities and talents in front of an invited audience for family and friends.

Further to just teaching students, the Glasgow Acting Academy in association with its sister company - The Cairns Agency, also helps to source and secure filming opportunities for its students allowing many of them the opportunity to start working professionally within the media industries.

Glasgow Acting Academy encourages students who wish to establish a career in the media and performing arts to go on and study full-time at further educational establishments, and prides itself in being able to prepare such students for their journey ahead.
